take the covid crisis as an opportunity to ban smoking in public

Bearing in mind the aerosol spread debate...

How about using covid as an opportunity to (temporarily) ban smoking and vaping in all public areas?

And especially to bring vaping in line with smoking inside pubs, clubs etc.

This would be a real boon to public health and enjoyment because there's nothing more anti-social than smoking and dog ends, and vaping isn't far behind.
